I joined Conker Group during a major product upgrade and PHP stack modernization initiative for their mission-critical SaaS platform serving global manufacturers. I bring my extensive experience in legacy system upgrades and architectural renewal to support the team. My role focuses on contributing technical expertise to balance immediate stability requirements with long-term feature development goals.

I transitioned from client services to focus on building world-class SaaS products as my own company. I now develop innovative solutions for the UK construction industry, combining my technical expertise with deep domain knowledge. This shift allows me to create impactful products that solve real industry problems while maintaining full ownership of the technical and strategic direction.

I was recruited as the sole developer to build MachineKeeper, a commercial SaaS platform for the ground care industry, from the ground up. As the de facto Tech Lead, I held full ownership of technical architecture, product roadmap, and infrastructure while collaborating with project management on strategic direction. I also upgraded the legacy TurfKeeper platform's PHP version and migrated it to proper DevOps practices and infrastructure.

I was recruited as the company's Lead Developer to spearhead the critical initiative of bringing all software development in-house from an external agency. I established the new team's technical foundations, modernized legacy systems, and led development of high-value features. My role combined hands-on development with team leadership and mentoring.

I founded this software consultancy during university and grew it over seven years into a thriving agency with nine employees. As both lead technical architect and business director, I managed the entire operation from client acquisition through to hands-on development and delivery. I built the company into a profitable operation serving an international client base.

I was selected for this role through a competitive university scholarship and was responsible for the development and maintenance of a custom Android ROM for a specialised hardware security project. This involved working at a low level to ensure seamless interaction between the software and its embedded systems.

In this part-time role, I was a key member of the development team focused on modernizing the agency's client portfolio. My primary responsibilities involved migrating legacy websites to the Laravel framework and upgrading outdated codebases to improve security and performance.

While I provided general IT support to students and faculty, I was selected to take on a key role in a major, campus-wide hardware audit. I was entrusted with helping to co-lead the project, which involved strategic planning and team coordination to ensure its success.
